Patterson Architects developed the design for Shotzi’s Bar in 2005. The 4,000 sf bar design included table seating, a bar on the first and second floor, with handicap accessible toilets. The design was reviewed and approved by the City of College Station and The Design Review Board which works in conjunction with the Historic Landmark Commission. [Read more...]

Wings N' More
A New facility to house Wings & More Restaurant. 8562 SF facility. The dinning area wrapped the elevated bar which can be closed off for special events. Overflow dinning is available on the covered patio, which is kept cool by ceiling fans and heated in the winter. Suspended televisions can be viewed from every seat in the facility.  [Read more...]

Gatsby’s On Main
Patterson Architects developed the design for Gatsby’s on Main utilizing the existing space which was Aggie Cleaners established in 1935.  The 1550 sf bar design included elevated booths, a large curved bar area, walk in cooler and handicap accessible toilets.  We also designed the patio space for guest to enjoy the great Texas Climate.
