Patterson Architects developed the design for Gatsby’s on Main utilizing the existing space which was Aggie Cleaners established in 1935. The 1550 sf bar design included elevated booths, a large curved bar area, walk in cooler and handicap accessible toilets. We also designed the patio space for guest to enjoy the great Texas Climate. The design was reviewed and approved by the City of College Station and The Design Review Board which works in conjunction with the Historic Landmark Commission.
