This project involved renovations of the existing facility to lab research space. The facility was originally designed for biological teaching space, our team reviewed the construction, made suggestions on the design, developed drawings. Included in the laboratory space are Bio safety II Cabinets, dark rooms, cold rooms, new suspended ceiling, lighting, plumbing and upgrades to the HVAC.
