Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Building Renovations, 2010
This project involved renovations of the existing facility to lab research space. The facility was originally designed for biological teaching space, our team reviewed the construction, made suggestions on the design, developed drawings. Included in the laboratory space are Bio safety II Cabinets, dark rooms, cold rooms, new suspended ceiling, lighting, plumbing and upgrades to the HVAC. We evaluated the restrooms and egress in the building to be ADA compliant for the change in use. During the design there were issues with vibrations in the facility. [Read more...]

Patterson Architects designed new canopies for each of the entrances into the Eller O&M Building on Texas A&M Universities’ Main Campus.  We matched the existing stone veneer at each entrance and used a design style that would extenuate the existing structure.  Our design included sidewalks and in ground planters around the structure utilizing Texas native foliage for the landscaping.  [Read more...]
