New Business Development

Barbie manages all the business development, event coordination and preparation of marketing materials. She is in charge of the IT for the office and makes all equipment purchases. Human resources is also her responsibility. She oversees each of the projects and if additional manpower is required she reassigns responsibilities to ensure the projects are completed on time.

Project Manager/Architect

Fred leads the office in the practice of Architecture. His skill in design and the management of very complex projects is unmatched. He is well known for his responsiveness and his ability to solve problems. All documents developed in our office are reviewed by him prior to their release.

Project Manager/Architect

Rick has been practicing Architecture in the Brazos Valley for over 40 years. His talent is in the details and minutia of each of his projects. He is a gifted teacher and leads the office in training of interns working toward their reaching their goal to become a registered architect.

JOHN HARE
Draftsperson

John is a proficient computer aided draftsman with over 9 years experience in the Architectural Field. He will assist our project managers with construction documents and will oversee the submittals for all the projects in our office.

Architectural Intern

Joe joined our firm in February 2020. He comes from a background in resort design. Joe is responsible for managing the day to day design work and consultations with the sub consultants on our projects. He works closely with Fred Patterson on projects from the Design Development thru Construction Administration.

Adrian Silvas
ADRIAN SILVAS
Architectural Intern

Adrian joined our firm while working on his Masters in Architecture in 2017. Since graduating he has become a full-time member of our design team. He assists our team with his drafting and design skills. His responsibilities will be field verification of existing facilities, drafting backgrounds, completing details, sections, and types. He will be working on projects from the Design Development thru Construction Documents.

Office Manager

Brenda has in upwards of 20 years experience in office administration and office management. She is responsible for project invoicing, accounts receivable, manages payroll, accounts payable and oversees all business operations. Brenda organizes all the specifications for each of the projects in the office.
