Brazos County Courthouse Renovations 2008 -2012
Brazos County Courthouse Phase I, II, III, IV, & V, 300 East 26th. Street, Bryan, Texas 77803, Competitive sealed proposal. Patterson Architects design team evaluated the courthouse for the needs of the departments thru 2025.  Our team designed offices for the County Clerk, District Clerk and the County Attorney, upgrades to existing elevators, new restrooms, and support facilities were included in the design of the existing facility.  [Read more...]

Renovations to the Courthouse include the design of courthouse security and new central holding area on the first floor.  Court holding cells were modified or created at each of the new courts on the second, third and fourth floor of the facility.  A security elevator and connection corridor in the basement was designed to accommodate the sheriff's departments need to move the inmates throughout the courthouse without contact with the general public.
