A new office building for the Texas A&M Soccer & Track team. Incorporated into the design were conference rooms, locker rooms, break room and toilets. The project had a tight schedule, in order to meet the deadline we completed the design while the site was under construction. Designed for TAS Compliance and the International Building Code 2003 edition. Provided shop drawing reviews and approvals, site visits weekly, and submitted RFI's and ASI's as required. Project delivery method was Design/Build with Quad-Tex Construction Inc.
