New full service banking facility for State Bank. The new branch in College Station was designed with offices, teller stations, waiting area, drive thru windows, parking and landscaping. The Bryan Location was a shell space our office designed as a full service bank. A drive thru was added to the existing facility. Provided full service thru construction. The Lexington State Bank utilized the same floor plan as the Wellborn Road State Bank. The facility was designed with offices, teller stations, waiting area, drive thru windows, minimal parking and landscaping.
