A 7600 square foot renovation to the existing office complex with a 1000 sf addition enclosing the covered porch. Renovations took place with the business operating at full capacity. Design involved demolition of existing walls and fixtures. Enclosing covered porch for additional office space. Renovating entire office to accommodate the reorganization of the business. Patterson Architects developed design and schedule with the users approval. Design, Bid and Build delivery method.
