NUEN Move to AI, Fire & Life Safety Upgrades, HVAC Upgrades and Electrical Services Upgrades, Main Campus, The contract delivery method was Design/Build and CMAR. We combined many projects into one.  Our office managed all the projects even though they were contracted in many different ways and under different contract dates.

This project involved renovations of the existing facility to classroom, lecture hall, lab research space for Nuclear Engineering and the registrar’s office.   Our office was first hired by AON FPS for a Fire and Life Safety project that started in 2012.  NUEN department was given the building in 2014.  Our office was hired to oversee the NUEN move, a HVAC Upgrade, Electrical Upgrade and the FLSU.  We designed the NUEN move in phases to meet the users need to be functional in the Annex in January of 2015.  This design included laboratories, classrooms, offices, toilets, elevators, and a lecture hall.  We then had a Historical Resource Survey on the building to enable us to preserve the historic elements in the facility.   We designed the 4-story structure to meet the NUEN department needs.  TAS compliance was addressed in this project also.
