TAMHSC Institute of Regenerative Medicine, The Reynold’s Building.  Competitive sealed proposal. Phase I & II: This project involved renovations of the existing facility to a Tissue Culture Laboratory.  Dr. Prockop’s Laboratory will be approximately 4,021 square feet of existing laboratory and storage space and 345 square feet of office space on the second floor of the Reynold’s Building on Main Campus.  On the fourth floor our design will accommodate Dr. Gregory’s laboratory of approximately 1,050 square feet of laboratory space and 120 square feet of office space to be renovated for the College of Medicine Institute of Regenerative Medicine relocating from Temple, Texas.

Phase III: Interior renovations to approximately 3,800 square feet of existing laboratory annual holding rooms and office space to be designed as computer laboratories and BSL2 laboratory space.  The existing spaces are located on three different floors in the Reynold’s Building.
