Our team designed finish upgrades for the entire facility, TAS Compliant dorm rooms, community kitchens, support spaces and new exit doors. This project was phased over three summers. The first phase of this project was upgrades to the first floor that included TAS compliant dorm rooms. We completed the second phase,Third and fourth floor in 2018 and the Basement, First and Second Floor in 2019. The corridors and study spaces had new paint with accent colors, new carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile. Each dorm room was designed with new closets, Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring, new wall tile in the toilets with solid surface lavatories and cultured marble showers.
