A 5,000 square foot restaurant facility for Tony Roma’s. The design of the facility included a 1500 square foot commercial kitchen. Customized bar with wood paneled walls, built in cases and coolers and a beautiful bar back. Our office worked with Roma Corp. and Best Equipment on the design of this upscale casual dinning. Tony Roma’s is the largest casual theme restaurant chain specializing in ribs in the world.
