Patterson Architects developed the design for Shotzi’s Bar in 2005. The 4,000 sf bar design included table seating, a bar on the first and second floor, with handicap accessible toilets. The design was reviewed and approved by the City of College Station and The Design Review Board which works in conjunction with the Historic Landmark Commission.
