Patterson Architects Projects

The addition for First United Methodist Church, Madisonville began with a preliminary design for fund raising purposes.  We began working with the owner in 2005 and have recently completed the drawings for their addition.  The design includes classrooms, a commercial kitchen, and fellowship hall and support spaces.  We are attaching the new facility to the two-story classroom building that was built in 1982.  Our team developed the design to meet their current and future growth needs while staying within their budget.  The project delivery method is a Design, Bid, Build Method using a Competitive sealed proposal bid method. Our team matched existing facility finishes.  We are currently in the construction phase of the project.
