The County utilized an existing facility to renovate for their administration needs. Asbestos surveys were done, along with reviews by the City of Bryan and accessibility specialist for code compliance. We met with all the departments that are to be relocated to utilize the space to fit each of their needs. The design allows for natural lighting, accessible spaces, and offices suites for the County Commissioners and their support staff.

155,000 square foot new addition utilizing popular cell blocks. The design includes direct and indirect supervision cells, recreation yards, maximum security cells, support areas, administration offices, conference rooms, training rooms and break rooms, intake and release areas and a secure sally port entrance. The new facility was designed for the future.

10,000 square foot Ag/Science Classroom. The facility is a pre-engineered metal building with brick veneer to match the new adjacent high school appearance. Included in the design are covered parking areas and outdoor classroom areas, woodworking areas, welding area and classrooms.
