Patterson Architects developed the design for Gatsby’s on Main utilizing the existing space which was Aggie Cleaners established in 1935. The 1550 sf bar design included elevated booths, a large curved bar area, walk in cooler and handicap accessible toilets. We also designed the patio space for guest to enjoy the great Texas Climate.

BMI Defense Systems was recently completed. Patterson Architects designed their new corporate offices along with their manufacturing facility. The southwest contemporary building was a metal building with a stucco facade. Artificial stone faced the walls in the foyer, which was designed open to the second floor for the owners to display their products
