The 7600 Sq. Ft. Band Hall is a new facility at Somerville High School.  The building has offices, practice and ensemble rooms along with a large band hall and storage facilities. The existing band hall was renovated for additional classroom space for the school.  [Read more...]

Patterson Architects design team developed the design for a new Animal Hospital in the Woodlands.  The facility was designed with two kennels, surgery suites, laboratory areas, grooming facilities, offices, exam rooms and reception areas.  Provided full services thru construction.    [Read more...]

Patterson Architects developed the design for Shotzi’s Bar in 2005. The 4,000 sf bar design included table seating, a bar on the first and second floor, with handicap accessible toilets. The design was reviewed and approved by the City of College Station and The Design Review Board which works in conjunction with the Historic Landmark Commission. [Read more...]
