BMI Defense Systems was recently completed. Patterson Architects designed their new corporate offices along with their manufacturing facility. The southwest contemporary building was a metal building with a stucco facade. Artificial stone faced the walls in the foyer, which was designed open to the second floor for the owners to display their products

As many of you know, I come from a background of planning and building ministry facilities. Prior to launching Cool Solutions Group and becoming a part of Visioneering Studios, I was blessed to invest 23 years of my life in serving churches to develop new and renovated ministry facilities. That phase of my life brought me great joy and fulfillment.
This project will be complete in two weeks. Multi-phased renovation project of the first and second floor along with facade improvements for the 1985 addition and the 1950 travertine and brick building. State of the Art courtrooms, offices, upgrades to existing elevators, new restrooms, and support facilities were included in the design. The scope of work included documenting existing conditions, visual examinations, and thermal imaging.
