TAMHSC Institute of Regenerative Medicine, The Reynold’s Building.  Competitive sealed proposal. Phase I & II: This project involved renovations of the existing facility to a Tissue Culture Laboratory.  Dr. Prockop’s Laboratory will be approximately 4,021 square feet of existing laboratory and storage space and 345 square feet of office space on the second floor of the Reynold’s Building on Main Campus.  [Read more...]

Vector Labs at the Heep Building. Competitive sealed proposal. This project involved renovations of the existing facility to lab research space.  Interior renovations to approximately 3,014 square feet of laboratory space and 766 square feet of new office space. The design will use the existing HVAC however the laboratory air will be separate from the office spaces.  A hard ceiling was required in the Growth Chamber Lab. Blue Bell Park Commercial Kitchen, TAMU Main Campus. The project delivery method was fast track project utilizing the general contractor and their subcontractors for design coordination and pricing. The project was interior renovations to approximately 1,680 square feet for a new commercial kitchen. The design included a walk in cooler and freezer, multiple grills, exhaust hood, dishwasher and holding area for hot boxes.

Brazos County Courthouse Renovations 2008 -2012
Brazos County Courthouse Phase I, II, III, IV, & V, 300 East 26th. Street, Bryan, Texas 77803, Competitive sealed proposal. Patterson Architects design team evaluated the courthouse for the needs of the departments thru 2025.  Our team designed offices for the County Clerk, District Clerk and the County Attorney, upgrades to existing elevators, new restrooms, and support facilities were included in the design of the existing facility.  [Read more...]

Gatsby’s On Main
Patterson Architects developed the design for Gatsby’s on Main utilizing the existing space which was Aggie Cleaners established in 1935.  The 1550 sf bar design included elevated booths, a large curved bar area, walk in cooler and handicap accessible toilets.  We also designed the patio space for guest to enjoy the great Texas Climate.
