155,000 square foot new addition utilizing popular cell blocks. The design includes direct and indirect supervision cells, recreation yards, maximum security cells, support areas, administration offices, conference rooms, training rooms and break rooms, intake and release areas and a secure sally port entrance. The new facility was designed for the future.

10,000 square foot Ag/Science Classroom. The facility is a pre-engineered metal building with brick veneer to match the new adjacent high school appearance. Included in the design are covered parking areas and outdoor classroom areas, woodworking areas, welding area and classrooms.

New full service banking facility for State Bank. The new branch in College Station was designed with offices, teller stations, waiting area, drive thru windows, parking and landscaping. The Bryan Location was a shell space our office designed as a full service bank. A drive thru was added to the existing facility. Provided full service thru construction.
